Description
In general, there will be both process and output/outcome evaluation efforts. For efficient process evaluation, project activities will have to be monitored continuously. As proposed methods, feedback loops with the partners will be established, progress reports compiled and error analyses conducted.
Extensive interviews will be conducted with partners and questionnaires submitted as a means of
output/outcome evaluation. Basic issues for these methods will be the quality of the results, the fulfilment of the initial objectives, changes made during the duration of the project and the response to necessary
changes. For each work package, central quality aspects will be assessed as quality criteria for the outcome evaluation with regard to e.g. research results (publications), the scope of dissemination, the satisfaction with coordination, the practicability of the manual and policy recommendations, feedback to capacity building training units and networking results.
This work package also includes the taking on of advisory tasks by the partners involved in the individual
work package. They will be supporting the other partners in adapting to changes effectively and in finding alternative solutions if necessary.
